It has worked flawlessly but today it did what 11 year old doors do & the spring broke, simply wear. Problems is our car was locked in the garage. I called Don & explained my predicament. He and his son came over at 7 PM and replaced rhe spring in about 1 hour. Don is a true professional & is the only go to person for garage doors & openers.
